Nayeem Kirana&General Store

This is Nayeem’s place over in Subhashnagar, Navipet. We are located at H No 8-132. It is a simple kirana store where we keep all the daily things people might need. We have bags of rice, lentils, and all the usual soaps and oils. The mornings start pretty early here because people want to get their milk and groceries before they head off to work or school. It can get a bit crowded in the small space when everyone comes at once. We do not have fancy shelves or bright neon lights. It is just wooden racks and containers. We know most of the people who come in by their names because they live right down the street. If someone is short a few rupees, we usually just settle it the next time they come around. That is how things work in Navipet. We also keep some snacks and cold drinks for the kids who stop by after their classes. The store has been part of our life for a long time. It is dusty sometimes and we are always restocking the shelves. We do not really do any big advertising. People just know we are here at house number 8-132. We try to keep everything fresh and simple. It is a lot of standing on our feet all day, but talking to the neighbors makes the time go by faster. It is just a honest way for us to make a living and serve the community.
