Balu General Store

Balu General Store is right at H No 5-7/2 in Barath Nagar Thanda, Navipet. It is a typical local shop where we stock all the basic things a household might need during the week. We have shelves lined with bags of rice, lentils, soaps, and those small packets of snacks that the kids always ask for. Every morning starts with the delivery of milk and bread, and we have to get everything organized before the first customers show up. The space is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much variety as possible into the room we have. You can find almost anything from a single matchbox to a large container of cooking oil. We spend a lot of time talking to the people from the Thanda who come in for their daily supplies.
