We have two main spots where we spend our time. One is over at 52 Ue 2 in Hisar, Haryana. That’s our permanent address and where most of our mail goes. The other place is in Faridabad, specifically 709, Sector-19. It keeps us moving back and forth quite a bit. Zoom Developers Pvt Ltd is a small team, and we handle things between these two locations. Working in Haryana means we see a lot of different types of land and projects. Hisar is a bit different from Faridabad, so we have to adjust how we work depending on where we are that week. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s mostly just us in these offices or out at the sites. We handle the paperwork ourselves. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with all the plans and files scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth in Sector-19 or back in Hisar. It is just practical work. We stay busy with whatever project is in front of us. Some days are spent driving between the two cities, which can be tiring. But we like the variety of working in both places. It’s just how our business grew over the years. We keep it straightforward and don’t make things more complicated than they need to be.
