Noida Software Technology Park Ltd. is located over at Scindia Villa in Sarojini Nagar, right on the Ring Road. The building is an older one and has a lot of character, though it might not look like a typical tech hub from the outside. We occupy a space that’s mostly filled with rows of desks and monitors. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. Being on the Ring Road means we deal with a lot of traffic noise, but you eventually stop noticing it after a few weeks. We work on software development and managing technical systems for our clients. There are no fancy lounge areas or ping-pong tables here like you see in some of those modern offices. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and that’s about it. The work is steady and involves a lot of looking at screens for hours at a time. Sarojini Nagar is a busy area, especially with the markets nearby, so lunch breaks usually involve a quick walk to find something to eat. We are just a group of people who know how to code and manage servers. We don't spend much time on big meetings or corporate presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure the software is doing its job correctly. It’s a practical workspace for people who just want to get their work done.
