Newgwen Software Tech. Ltd.

We are over at A-6 on Satsang Vihar Marg. It’s in the Qutab Institutional Area, which is usually a bit more peaceful than the main city parts. Newgwen Software Tech. Ltd. is where we do our coding and computer work. It’s an office full of screens and cables everywhere you look. We aren’t one of those giant tech firms with a gym and a cafeteria. We just have our desks and a small kitchen where we make tea. Most of us have been working together for a while now. We spend a lot of time typing and staring at monitors. Sometimes the air conditioning makes too much noise, but you get used to it. The area outside is nice for a walk when your brain gets tired from looking at lines of code. We mostly focus on building things for the web and fixing bugs that pop up. It’s a lot of sitting down, which isn't great for the back, so we try to stand up and stretch now and then. There are other offices around us, so it feels like a serious place to work. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. We just get the work done and head home when the sun goes down. It's a straightforward setup for people who just like technology and solving little problems on the screen.
