You can find us at 1136 Sector A, Pocket A in Vasant Kunj. It’s a quiet enough part of South Delhi, at least compared to some of the other places we’ve worked. Zinnia Green Realcon Llp is run by a few of us who have lived in this city our whole lives. We handle real estate things, but we try to do it without all the usual headache. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our records and meet people. We aren't big on flashy presentations. Usually, we just sit down and talk about what’s available and what the prices are looking like this week. Vasant Kunj has a lot of rules and specific ways things are done, so we spend a lot of time making sure we aren't missing any details. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out properties. Sometimes the traffic getting into the pocket is a nightmare, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get through the day, help someone find a place, and go home to our families. It’s a job like any other, and we try to do it right. If you’re in the neighborhood, you might see us out grabbing chai or heading to a site visit. We try to stay organized but it is hard sometimes.
