Zagros Developers Limited

We have been operating Zagros Developers Limited out of the Worldmark-2 building in Aerocity for a good while now. Specifically, you can find us on the 3rd Floor of Asset-8 right near the main highway. It is a busy spot in New Delhi, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different things related to development projects here. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork, checking site plans, and talking to contractors on the phone. We are not a huge team, just some people who know the local area and how things actually get built around South West Delhi. Usually, there is a lot of coffee going around the office while we look over blueprints and talk about what needs to happen next. We try to keep things pretty straightforward. If someone calls with a question, we just answer it. If there is a problem at a site, someone goes down there to look at it in person. Being in the Aerocity area means we are close to the airport and the NH-8, which makes getting around a bit easier when the traffic is not too bad. We have seen the city change a lot over the years. Our office at Worldmark-2 is where everything gets organized. It is not fancy inside, just desks and computers and a lot of files. We just focus on getting the work done day by day. People around here know us for being regular folks who happen to be in the building business. We do not have a big reception area or anything, just a workspace where we try to stay on top of our various projects.
