Our office, YADAV CONSULTANT & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, is at Plot No.8, First Floor, Block-C, Pocket-8, in Sector-17 Dwarka. Dwarka is a big area, and Sector-17 is a good spot for us. We do a mix of consulting and development work. It involves a lot of meetings and looking at site plans. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of paper. We aren't interested in using a bunch of buzzwords or sounding more important than we are. We’re just a group of people who know the development business in Delhi. Most of our time is spent helping people navigate the complications of building and land use. It can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and regulations, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on doing a decent job and people telling their friends. Dwarka is a bit quieter than some other parts of Delhi, which we like. It gives us some room to breathe. We just take things one day at a time, answering phones and going out to sites when needed. It’s a steady kind of life. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to get these projects completed without too many problems. We keep things pretty simple around here because that's what works for us.
