Xuric Industries Private Limited

Xuric Industries Private Limited is based in the J Block of the DDA Flats in Kalkaji. Our office is up on the fourth floor at I-273. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we manage our industrial work from right here in South Delhi. We aren't a massive factory or anything like that. We mostly handle the back-end stuff, the planning, and the coordination that goes into industrial projects. The stairs up to the fourth floor keep us fit, that's for sure. It’s a busy office with papers everywhere and computers humming. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and clients. Being in Kalkaji means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which helps. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we're dealing with logistics, and other times it’s more about technical specs. It can get a bit hectic when multiple projects are running at once. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go. Every day brings a different kind of problem to solve. We like being in this part of town; it has a good energy. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible for our clients and our team. It’s a lot of management and keeping track of numbers, but we've gotten a handle on it over the years. We’re just a small group trying to make a living.
