Our spot is in Kapashera, right at House No. 1187. If you know New Delhi, you know how crowded it gets around here. It’s a busy part of the city, especially being near the border area. We started Xo Infotech right in this building. It isn't a massive glass office or anything like that. It’s just a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside while we are trying to fix a coding issue or handle a client request. We don’t really have a front desk person or anything fancy like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. Working in Kapashera means dealing with the dust and the noise, but it's where we are. The address 37 is home for us. We drink a lot of chai from the shop down the street. It’s a practical setup. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to make things work. The rooms are a bit tight when everyone is in, but we make it work. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time, which is fine by us. People find us by looking for the house number on the gate. It’s a simple life here in Delhi 37, just doing what we know how to do without much fuss.
