WOXMEN LLP is based out of Kakrola, which is in Dwarka Sector-16B. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the center of the city, but we like it here. It is a bit quieter and there is more room to breathe. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees and a fancy human resources department. We are just a small partnership doing our thing. Our office in Sector-16B is pretty basic. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that keep the business going. We don't have those polished mission statements or big posters on the walls about success. We just believe in showing up and getting the work finished. The people who work here are mostly from around this area or have been with us since we started. We don't use corporate talk or buzzwords. If something is wrong, we just say it and then we fix it. Sometimes the roads in Kakrola can be a bit bumpy, but it doesn't bother us. We have built a nice little routine here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be reliable and keep our operations steady. It is a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just take each day as it comes.
