Touch

Our shop, Touch, is situated at 1623A/13 on the Main Road in Govindpuri, Kalkaji. It’s a busy spot right on the main stretch, so we get a lot of people walking by all day. The place isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We've been at this Govindpuri location for a while, and we’ve become a familiar sight for the locals. Inside, it's a bit of a mix of everything we work on. We don't have a fancy interior designer or anything like that; we just put up shelves where they were needed. Most days involve a lot of tinkering and fixing things that people bring in. It's a bit messy sometimes with tools lying around, but that's just how a working shop looks. We don't go for corporate language or scripted greetings. When you walk in, you just talk to whoever is behind the counter. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job for the folks in Kalkaji. Sometimes we have a backlog of work and things take a day or two longer, but we always try to be upfront about it. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on doing our work and letting people talk. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. The door squeaks a bit when you open it, but we’re used to it.
