We have two spots where we keep our business running. One is in Noida at KVS Colony in Sector-33. The other is over in Dehradun, near Balliwala Chowk in Kalinidi Enclave. It can be a bit of a long trip to go between the two, but we manage to get it done. Most of our work involves networking and making sure people can stay connected to the internet. Noida is always busy and loud, so the Dehradun office feels much more relaxed when we are up there. We don't have a giant corporate headquarters. Both of our locations are just regular offices where we keep our tools and desks. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. We don't have a sales team that goes around trying to get people to sign up for things. Usually, people just call us when their connection isn't working or they need a new setup in their house. We try to get it sorted as fast as we can. It’s not always a perfect process. Sometimes things break in ways we don't expect, but we stay until the job is finished. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell people stuff they don't actually need. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We have a few guys at each place who really know their stuff. We’ve seen many changes in technology over the years, but the basic work remains the same.
