Neelkamal Computer Clinic

Neelkamal Computer Clinic is located at B-132, Gali No-4 on 100 Ft Rd in Shahdara. We call it a clinic because we treat computers like they are sick patients. People bring in their laptops when they won't start or if they’ve spilled something on the keyboard. The shop is small and usually quite cluttered with all sorts of spare parts, monitors, and tangled cables. It might look like a mess to an outsider, but I know exactly where every screw and circuit board is located. Most of my day is spent hunched over a workbench with a soldering iron or a screwdriver. I try to be very honest with people about whether their computer is actually worth fixing or if they should just buy a new one. I don't like to waste people's money. We have a couple of plastic chairs by the door for customers, but most people just drop their stuff off and I call them when it's ready. Shahdara is a crowded area, so there is always someone coming in with a broken screen or a slow computer. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the dust inside the machines, but I don't mind the grime. It’s just me and a few guys here doing the repairs. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just fix computers and try to get them back to their owners as fast as we can.
