WISHFUL PARADISE ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

Wishful Paradise Estates is located in Vasant Kunj, specifically in Sector E, Pocket 2. We're in Flat No. 483 on the ground floor of the D-5 block. Vasant Kunj is a spread-out area with lots of trees and wide roads. Our office is inside the residential complex, so it's quiet. We deal with estates and property matters. The office is basically a converted flat. It feels very informal. We have some desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of files on different properties. People come by to talk about houses or land. Since we are on the ground floor, it's easy for older folks in the colony to drop in for a chat. We aren't a big corporate firm. We're just a few people who know the real estate scene in South Delhi. We spend a lot of time driving around to look at different sites. Back at the office, we mostly just sort out the legal bits and the contracts. It’s a slow and steady kind of place. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people we've known for years. The kettle is almost always on. We like the peace and quiet of the D-5 block. It makes the paperwork a lot easier to deal with compared to a noisy market office. We are just Wishful Paradise Estates, working out of a flat in Vasant Kunj.
