Nehru Place is a busy hub, but that’s where Winstronics Infotech is located. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes here, you know how packed it gets. People are everywhere, all looking for computer parts or trying to get their phones fixed. Our corner is just one among many, but we’ve managed to keep it going for quite some time now. We deal with all sorts of hardware and software issues on a daily basis. It’s often quite dusty because of all the people and the traffic outside. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s more of a practical workshop where things actually get repaired. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting or looking for a specific part that a customer needs. It’s a fast pace, and you have to keep moving. We usually eat our lunch quickly at our desks because the phone never really stops ringing. We aren’t trying to be some massive company. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are done correctly. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait around, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors move out, but we’re still right here. It’s just hard work and knowing our way around the tech. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
