Up on the floor of B-26 in the Palam Extension area of Dwarka Sector-7, you will find our office. We are Balaji Teleserve Pvt. Ltd. Being in this building gives us a bit of a view of the area, though mostly it is just other buildings and the busy streets below. We work in the telecom service sector, which mostly means we deal with a lot of technical stuff and customer inquiries throughout the day. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on headsets. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are all used to the noise by now. We have got a small break area where we keep the kettle, and that is probably the most popular spot in the office for the staff. We do not bother with fancy decor or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done properly. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever to arrive, so we have learned to be patient. Dwarka Sector-7 is a good location for us, even if the traffic during rush hour can be a total nightmare. We are not a huge multinational company with thousands of employees. We are just a focused team that knows our business inside and out. We do not use a lot of corporate jargon. If something is not working, we just say it and then try to figure out how to fix it together. It is a practical environment.
