Twin Services

Twin Services is located in Mehrauli, inside the Old Post Office building. It’s a really old structure, number 1075/1, and we are up on the second floor. Working in the Main Market area means it’s always loud and there’s always someone walking by. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, and the building shows its age, but we like the history of it. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent at our desks, dealing with whatever service requests come through. It’s a small office with big windows that look out over the market chaos below. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some files. Mehrauli is such a crowded place, but it has a lot of character. We are right in the middle of it all. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait it out, or the market noise makes it hard to hear on the phone. It’s just part of being in this part of town. Our team is small, just a couple of us who know how to handle the work. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local service business in an old building, doing our best to get through the daily list of chores and tasks for our customers. It works for us.
