Wincare Garments Private Limited

You can find Wincare Garments over at Plot No. 9 on the ground floor. We are in the extended Lal Dora village area of Bagdola, New Delhi. It feels more like a village than the big city sometimes, which is actually quite nice for us. The ground floor stays a bit cooler in the summer heat, but we still have the fans going all day long. We work on garments, which means there’s thread and scraps of cloth everywhere you look on the floor. It’s a busy environment where someone is always cutting or sewing something together. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. You just walk in and you’re right in the middle of the work. The Kh no. 136 area is a bit tucked away, so it’s mostly locals who know we are even here. We try to get through our lists every morning, but things usually get delayed by something simple like a machine acting up or a delivery truck getting stuck in the narrow village lane. That’s just life in Bagdola for us. We keep things basic and don't try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We just know how to make clothes and we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s second nature now. Some of the staff have been here since we first opened the doors. It’s a regular job for regular people who want to do decent work with their hands and go home.
