Weitblick Analytics (Opc) Private Limited is tucked away in 39-C, Mig Navyug Adarsh Apartment, which is in Block F of Vikash Puri. It's an apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a business. New Delhi-110018 is a big area, but this corner of Vikash Puri is actually quite settled. Being in an apartment block means we see the same neighbors every day. We do our analytics work here at our desks. There’s a small balcony where we can see the street below. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when kids are playing outside in the evening. We have a few computers and some files stacked up in the corner. It isn't a place with a receptionist or a lobby. You just come up and knock. We drink a lot of water because of the heat. The rooms are a bit small but they fit all of us and our gear just fine. We handle the numbers and the reports without much fuss. Most days are pretty much the same. We start in the morning and work until the sun goes down. It's nice not being in a giant office tower. We know the guard at the gate and the local shopkeepers. It makes the workday feel a bit more personal. We just try to stay organized and keep moving through the pile of work we have.
