Wegcon Infra is situated in Vasant Kunj, specifically at Shanti Kunj, Plot Number 12. We are on the ground floor in Block D, using Kh No. 425. It is a busy part of South West Delhi, and our office reflects that. We have got stuff everywhere—scales, rolls of drawings, and bits of hardware we have brought back from sites. It is definitely not a polished corporate environment. We are just regular people trying to manage infrastructure projects without losing our minds. The ground floor location is handy for when we have to haul equipment in and out, which happens more often than you would think. We spend a good chunk of our day arguing with suppliers or checking on the status of our crews. It is a lot of work and sometimes it feels like we are just putting out fires all day long. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We build stuff and we fix things. That is about it. Vasant Kunj is a good area to be based in, even if the traffic nearby can be a nightmare during the evening rush. We keep our hours flexible because the work doesn't always fit into a nine-to-five schedule. If the lights are on late at night, it is probably because we are trying to finish up a quote or a project plan. We just do what needs to be done to keep things moving and get the next project started.
