We’ve been here in Okhla Phase 1 for quite a few years now. The building at B-134 is where everything happens for Wear Well India. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always loud with trucks and people moving crates around. Inside, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a place like this. We have the machines running most of the day. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep going. Our team is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they work nearby. There’s always a lot of fabric lying around and the smell of sewing machines. It's not a showroom, it's where the work gets done. We spend a lot of time on quality checks and making sure the orders are packed right. Some days the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. It’s part of the job here. We started small and just kept adding a few more machines as we went. It’s a lot of management and keeping track of schedules. We don't have a fancy office. Just some desks and chairs near the front. We focus on getting the sewing right and meeting our deadlines. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace of the industrial area.
