Our daily routine involves a lot of planning for new developments and checking up on the ones currently under construction around the city. We are just a group of developers who know the local market and how things work here. We spend our days dealing with the technical side of building things and managing contractors. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful with all the deadlines, but we usually manage to get through it. We try to be very direct with the people we work with. No fancy words or complicated promises that we cannot keep. We just look at what needs to be done each day and try to find a way to do it. Being in a shopping complex is quite handy for meeting people for a quick coffee. We have been here for a long time now and the location works well.
