We are located at 485 A/6 on GT Road, right in the Damodar Park Industrial Area in Dilshad Garden. Being in Block R means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and workshops. It’s a very busy part of town and the traffic on GT Road is something we deal with every single day. Our space is mostly filled with boxes and crates because we handle a lot of trade and shipping stuff. It’s not a very clean environment; there’s always bits of packing tape and cardboard lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking manifests to see where things are going. It’s just the way it is. We aren't trying to look like a big fancy office. It is a practical space for moving goods. The air is often thick with the smell of diesel from the trucks nearby. We start early to beat some of the heat, but by midday, it’s usually pretty warm in the warehouse area. We’ve got a small area with a couple of computers where we track everything. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks or the trucks get stuck, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s a simple operation. We know the local tea stall well and that’s where we usually take our breaks. It's just a regular day-to-day grind for us here in the garden.
