Visual Technologies India Pvt Ltd is located over at H. No. I-56, in Block I of Sector 22, Noida. It is a typical office set up in a residential-style building which is common in this part of town. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked cars and people moving about during the day. We have been working out of this spot for some time. Inside, it is just desks, computers, and the usual office things you would expect to see. It is not a shiny glass tower, just a regular place in Noida where we come to get things done. We usually have the tea kettle going in the back and there is a small area for us to sit during breaks. The neighbors are mostly other small offices or families living nearby. You can hear the sounds of the local market if the windows are open. We keep things pretty simple here. There is no corporate dress code or anything stiff like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done at I-56, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a straightforward way of working. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of being in Sector 22. It is not perfect, but it is where we are and we like it just fine.
