VIKSIN BUILDCON AND INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business is located at C 13 on the ground floor in Hauz Khas. Most people know Hauz Khas for the village and the cafes, but there is a whole side of it that is just regular offices like ours. We have been in Delhi 110016 for quite a while now. We handle building and infrastructure projects. Our office is not anything special to look at. It is just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper. We prefer it that way because we would rather spend our money on better equipment for our sites than on fancy furniture for the office. Being in South Delhi gives us a good central point to reach our different work locations. We are a private limited company, but we run it like a family business. Everyone chips in where they can. Sometimes the owner is out there helping unload trucks, and sometimes the staff is in the office handling the accounts. We do not have a corporate ladder here. We just have a list of things that need to get done. The traffic around Hauz Khas can be quite a mess in the evenings, but we have learned the shortcuts. We are not trying to be the most famous builders in the city. We just want to be the ones people can rely on when they need something constructed properly without any unnecessary drama or overblown costs.
