Vid It Infotech Private Limited

We run Vid It Infotech Private Limited from a small shop in South Ganesh Nagar. It’s Shop Number 5 at House Number 65. It isn't a huge place, but it’s enough for what we need. We’ve been in this part of East Delhi for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Most days, you’ll find us inside dealing with various computer issues or helping someone pick out a new piece of hardware. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of deliveries, but we make it work. We aren't the kind of company that has a lot of meetings or big presentations. We just open up the shop in the morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes it’s a quiet day where we catch up on paperwork, and other times it’s a constant stream of people needing help with their laptops or printers. We like being in South Ganesh Nagar because it feels like a real community. People stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just want to do a decent job so people come back next time they have a tech problem. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of spare parts. It’s a practical life, and we’re happy with how things are going. The tea from across the street helps us get through the busy afternoons.
