Our place is located in Mahipalpur, specifically at House Number 118 in Defence Enclave. It is a quiet enough area for work. Vedni Builders has been around for some time now, focusing on local housing and development. We mostly work around South West Delhi because that is what we know best. There isn't anything too flashy about how we run things. We have an office in K-2 where we keep our files and meet with people who want to build something new or fix up an old place. Dealing with construction in Delhi is never easy, there is always some paperwork or a delay with supplies, but we just keep at it. Most of the days are spent talking to contractors or checking on how much cement we have left. It’s a family-style environment here, even if we aren't all related. We drink a lot of tea and look at floor plans. The neighborhood around Defence Enclave is changing fast, so there's always something to do. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how to get a house built. Sometimes we're late finishing up because the phone won't stop ringing. It’s hard work but it’s what we do. We like being part of the local community here in Mahipalpur. We try to be helpful and get the walls up as they should be without any unnecessary delays or fancy talk.
