Vashu Build Consultants Llp

Our place, Vashu Build Consultants Llp, is on the second floor at D-659 in Saraswati Vihar. It’s a decent area in North Delhi. We’ve been here for a while, offering advice on building projects. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks covered in drawings and calculators. People come to us when they aren't sure how to start a build or if they’re having trouble with a current one. We give them our honest take on it. It’s not a big operation. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, one of us will just look up from our work to say hello. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans keep us going. We spend hours arguing over the best way to handle a foundation or a roof. It’s part of the job. Saraswati Vihar is a good spot because it’s easy for clients to find us. We don't do much advertising; we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s been working out okay so far. We try to be practical and not overcomplicate things for the folks we work with. It's just simple consulting for people who need a hand with building stuff. We enjoy the work, even when it is a bit stressful.
