Vardhman Packaging

Vardhman Packaging is located at J-47 in Sector-3 of the Bawana Industrial Area. Bawana is a huge place, and it can be easy to get lost if you don’t know your way around the different sectors. We’ve been in J-47 for a while now, and it’s become our second home. Most of our day is spent around cardboard, plastic, and the machines that turn them into something useful for other people. It’s noisy and sometimes it gets quite hot in the summer, but that’s just how it is in this kind of work. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the packaging we produce is strong enough for whatever our customers are putting inside. We’re a straightforward group of people. If there’s a problem, we talk about it and try to fix it right then. We don’t like letting things sit. The industrial area has its own rhythm, with tea stalls and trucks everywhere. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There isn't much room for fancy decorations in our shop because we need every inch for storage and production. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running as much as we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t think much about being the best; we just think about being here tomorrow to do it all over again. It’s a simple life in Sector-3 and it works for us.
