Our place is at F-61 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a maze of narrow streets and constant motion. We’re right in the thick of it at V Automat & Instrument, surrounded by other workshops and factories. We deal with instruments and automation, so our office is usually cluttered with sensors, gauges, and various electronic components waiting to be checked or sent out. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to find room for all the boxes. The walls aren't freshly painted, and the furniture is just there to be functional, but it’s a place where we feel comfortable. We spend a lot of time looking through magnifying glasses or adjusting tiny parts, so it requires a lot of patience. People often drop by with some piece of equipment that isn't working right, and we do our best to figure out why. There’s no big marketing team here, just a bunch of people who understand how these instruments are supposed to behave. The lunch hour is usually spent talking about anything except work, just to give our eyes a rest from the small components. It’s a gritty, busy neighborhood, but it’s where we belong. We just keep plugging away at the technical stuff and try to keep everything calibrated properly for whoever needs it.
