V Ashoka Motors Driving School

Running V Ashoka Motors Driving School out of Preet Vihar is quite an experience every single day. We are tucked into Savitri Sadan 1 at G-12A/11, and the neighborhood is always humming with people. Teaching someone to drive in this part of town takes a lot of patience, both from us and from the students who are usually pretty nervous when they first sit in the driver's seat. We spend our mornings and afternoons going over the basics, like how to use the clutch without stalling the engine or how to check the mirrors properly. The traffic around Savitri Sadan can be a bit much, but it’s good practice for anyone trying to learn. Our office at G-12A/11 is where we handle all the registration forms and the schedules for the lessons. It gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We see all kinds of people, from teenagers excited to get their first license to older folks who finally decided it was time to learn. Sometimes the cars need a bit of work because of all the stop-and-go driving, but that's just part of the job. We don’t have fancy stuff here, just the cars and our time. If you’re around Preet Vihar and see one of our cars with the big ‘L’ on it, that’s probably one of our students trying their best to navigate the lanes.
