If you are looking for us in Delhi, we are in Dwarka Sector-12, right near Ayushman Hospital. Our office is on the first floor of a shop complex, at number 124. It’s a busy spot with cars constantly moving in and out of the parking area. I spend most of my day either behind the small desk in the office or out on the road with someone who is nervous about their first time behind the wheel. The office is small, just enough space for a couple of chairs and the logbooks we keep. There’s always a stack of driving manuals on the table and a map of the local area on the wall. Driving in Delhi isn't easy, so we spend a lot of time just going over the basics of how to handle the clutch and the brakes without stalling. The cars we use are older models because they are easier to learn on, even if the air conditioning isn't very good on a hot July afternoon. We get people from all over Dwarka coming in, from young kids to older folks who finally decided it was time to learn. It’s a lot of sitting in traffic and being patient while a student tries to park. When I’m not in the car, I’m usually upstairs answering the phone or drinking a cup of tea. It’s a simple business, just teaching people how to drive without getting into trouble. And sometimes we have to deal with the paperwork for the licenses which is always a bit of a headache.
