We are located on the second floor of C 431 in Defence Colony. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on contract details. V And R is just a small partnership, an LLP, so it’s mostly just a few of us running the show. We’ve been in this office for a bit now, and the shelves are already overflowing with files and old samples. Getting up to the second floor is my daily exercise since the lift is a bit moody. We mostly handle different types of contracts, so our days are filled with reading through documents and making sure all the terms are okay. Defence Colony is a good place to be based, even if the rent is a bit high. There are some nice parks nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when the office feels too small. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Usually, it's just jeans and a comfortable shirt because we might have to head out to a site at a moment's notice. The afternoon sun hits the windows directly, so it gets pretty warm in here after lunch. We just keep pluggin' away at the tasks on our list. There’s always a new project starting or an old one winding down. We don't do much advertising; people usually just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our address.
