Utiliko Projects Private Limited

We are over at Naurang House on K G Marg. It's a busy spot in New Delhi, right in the heart of things. Usually, we are busy with project work. Utiliko Projects Private Limited handles a lot of different things every day. Some days it is quiet and other days the phones don't stop ringing at all. We spend most of our time looking at plans or dealing with stacks of paperwork. It is not always easy but we stay at it because that is the job. People ask what we do exactly and it is just general project stuff. There are a few of us here. We like being in Central Delhi because it's easy to get around to other parts of the city. The office is on the sixth floor, room 602. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we just wait or take the stairs if we feel like it. We just focus on the job at hand. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the neighborhood well. It gets very hot in the summer but the office stays okay enough to work. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks and files and some old chairs. We deal with whatever comes our way regarding the projects. It is a lot of coordination between different people. If you know this area, you know how it is. Traffic is always a bit much outside. We try to keep things moving along. It is just honest work.
