Utech Developers Ltd Formerly Known As Flex Industries Ltd

We used to be Flex Industries Ltd but decided to change the name to Utech Developers Ltd a while back. We're still over in Sec. 49, Noida at Street No. 10 in Hindden Vihar, Barola. Honestly, the change was just something we needed to do for paperwork and to show what we actually do these days. We spend most of our time dealing with development projects around here. It's a busy spot in U. P. and there is always some work going on. The office at A-31B is where we handle the daily stuff. It isn’t fancy, just a regular place where we get the job done. People sometimes still call us by the old name, but we are slowly getting everyone used to Utech. We’ve been around the neighborhood for a bit now. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. We don't do much fancy talk here. We just show up, work on the projects we have, and try to keep things moving. Noida is growing fast and we are just a part of that whole process. Sometimes things get hectic with the traffic and the construction schedules, but that is how it goes. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The tea man comes by every afternoon which is usually the highlight of the day. We are just a group of people trying to make a living and build things that last for a while.
