Urban Dwellers Llp

If you head over to Sector 4 in Dwarka, you’ll find us at Malik Plaza. We are in shop S-10 on the plot numbered five. It’s a pretty standard spot for a business like Urban Dwellers Llp. We’ve been around this part of South West Delhi for a bit, and we’ve seen how much the area has changed over the years. Most of our day is spent at our desks, talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of space they are looking for. It’s not always easy work, and there is a lot of back and forth with different people. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t go for any of that high-pressure sales talk you hear sometimes. It’s more about just having a chat and seeing what fits. The plaza gets busy during the lunch hour, and we usually just grab something from one of the local spots nearby. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we do. We handle the paperwork, make the calls, and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a lot going on at once, but we manage. It’s just a normal local business run by people who live nearby and know the streets around Dwarka pretty well. We hope to stay here for a long time.
