You can find us at 30-P in the CPWD Colony, which is tucked away in Vasant Vihar. It is a bit quieter back here than out on the main roads of New Delhi. We opened this cafe because we wanted a place where people could just sit and have a cup of tea without much fuss. The cafe isn't very large, so on busy afternoons, it can get a little cramped with people. We have a few small tables and some chairs that we’ve had since we started. Most of the folks who come in are living in the colony or working in the offices nearby. We spend a lot of our time in the small kitchen area making sure the food is ready. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us doing everything from taking orders to washing the dishes at the end of the shift. Sometimes the delivery scooters make a bit of noise outside, but otherwise, it's a pretty calm spot. We try to keep the menu simple with things we actually know how to cook well. The walls are mostly plain, and we don't have any fancy lighting or decorations. It feels like a local hangout because that is exactly what it is. If you're looking for us, look for the small sign near the entrance of the building. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we know most of our regulars by their first names. It's just a regular business.
