Cafe Coffee Day

Our Cafe Coffee Day spot is at 1/32 in Rajender Nagar, New Delhi-21. It isn't a massive place like some of the other cafes in the city. It’s more of a local hangout. We have the usual setup with tables, chairs, and the sound of the espresso machine running in the background. Rajender Nagar is a busy area, so we get a lot of people coming in and out all day long. The staff is a small group of us who just focus on making the coffee and keeping the place tidy. It’s not a high-end lounge with fancy decorations. The walls have a few marks and the furniture is well-used, but it’s comfortable enough for a quick break. We don't have a big corporate handbook on how to act. We just talk to the customers and get their drinks ready as fast as we can. Sometimes a machine breaks down or we run low on supplies, and we just figure out a way to fix it. A lot of the people who come here are regulars who live nearby. We know their usual orders and they know our names. It’s a simple routine and it works for us. We don't spend much time on marketing or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the water hot and the beans fresh. It’s a straightforward job in a busy part of Delhi. We just try to do it right.
