Barista Coffee Co.

We are the Barista Coffee Co. spot located at Vincy in New Delhi. The zip code here is 110057. It is a place where we make coffee from morning until night. The smell of the ground beans is the first thing you notice when you walk through the door. We have a few machines that hiss and make a lot of steam. It is not a huge space but we have enough chairs for people to sit down and talk for a bit. The staff is just a few of us who know how to work the machines and foam the milk. We get a lot of people from the neighborhood stopping by. Some are in a big rush to get to work and others stay for an hour or two. We do not have a fancy philosophy about how coffee should be. We just make the drink and give it to you. The floor gets a little bit sticky from the sugar sometimes but we clean it up. We try to keep the music at a level where people can still hear each other. Vincy is just a spot for a coffee shop and we are just here on the street. We see the same regulars every morning and it is nice to know their orders before they even say anything. We have some snacks in the glass case too. Some days are really busy and we get a bit behind. It is just coffee, hot or cold.
