Unitech

You can find us at A 11/8 in Shyam Vihar Phase 2. We are out in Najafgarh, which is a bit of a trek from the center of New Delhi, but it suits us just fine. The area is still growing, so there’s always some construction noise or dust in the air. Our office for Unitech is pretty basic. We have a front door that sticks a little in the summer, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually. Inside, it’s just the usual setup—desks, a few computers, and a lot of notebooks. We don’t really have a big staff. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure everything is handled. We don’t do big presentations. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite grounded. You see kids playing in the street after school while we’re finishing up our work. It’s a long day sometimes, especially with the Delhi heat, but we stay until the list is clear. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It’s a simple way to work, but it keeps things honest. We like being part of this little corner of Delhi-43. There is no point in pretending to be some huge firm when we are happy right here.
