Unitech Software Solutions Ltd. is over at F-126 on the second floor in Lado Sarai. This neighborhood has a lot of character, with narrow lanes and a mix of old houses and newer offices. We’ve been here for a long time now, writing code and testing out different software programs. The office is pretty simple, just a few rooms with enough desks for the crew. We don't have a fancy cafeteria or anything, so lunch is usually whatever we bring from home or a quick snack from the shop downstairs. Being on the second floor of F-126 gives us a little bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the tops of other buildings and some trees. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a minute for the generator to start up, which is just part of life in Lado Sarai. We are a small team and we pretty much handle everything ourselves without any big management structure. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just care about the software we are building and making sure it doesn't have too many bugs. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, away from the main road noise. We like it here because it feels more like a community than a sterile business district. It’s just a regular office where we do our thing every day.
