Unitech Ltd

Our office is in 153-Gangotri Apartments, which is over in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a cold business park. We are on one of the floors there, and it’s a pretty standard setup for Unitech Ltd. There are families living all around us, so we try to keep the noise down. The apartment itself has been converted into a workspace with several desks pushed against the walls. We have a lot of old ledgers and papers because we’ve been at this for a while. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't living in West Delhi, but it’s a nice enough area. There’s a park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch. The lighting in the office is a bit dim, but we have lamps for our desks. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the business well. It’s a very plain environment. No posters with motivational quotes or anything like that. We just have the necessary equipment to do our jobs. The lift in the building is a bit slow and sometimes it gets stuck, so most of us just take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. It’s just a functional space where we get things done every day without much fuss.
