Unitech Ltd

Our office is at D1C/69C in the Janakpuri area of New Delhi. It is a very active neighborhood and there is always something going on right outside our door. Unitech Ltd has been in this building for quite some time now. The space inside is quite functional, with plenty of room for our files and the equipment we use every day. We don't really believe in fancy office furniture, so we just use what is sturdy and works. Working in Janakpuri means we have to deal with the 110058 crowds, but it also means everything we need is within walking distance. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of paper on most surfaces and the walls have a few scuffs from moving things around. We start our mornings with a quick cleanup and then dive straight into the tasks. It is not a quiet place, as you can always hear the horns honking from the street below. We have a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead tubes. The staff here is used to the fast pace of Delhi life. We do our best to stay on top of the paperwork and the phone calls that never seem to stop. It is a simple, hardworking environment where we focus on getting the job done without any extra fuss or drama. It is not perfect, but it is where we work. We just do the best we can every day.
