Ultra Buildtech Llp

We're located at E-6 on the second floor of a building on Rani Jhansi Road. This is in the Jhandewalan Extension area of New Delhi. Ultra Buildtech Llp is the name on the lease. It’s a busy part of the city, always lots of noise and traffic outside our windows. We’ve been in this office for a good while, managing various buildtech projects. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time coordinating with workers and making sure materials get to where they need to go. Working in the heart of New Delhi means we have to be quick. Everything moves fast here. We deal with a lot of structural work and building technicalities. It’s not always pretty, especially when you’re knee-deep in a renovation or a new build. But we like the process of it. My team is a small group of folks who have been together for years. We know each other's habits and how to get things moving. We don't put on airs or try to sound like a big corporate firm. We are just a local business trying to do solid work. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, or the traffic on Rani Jhansi Road is a nightmare, but we make it to work and get things done. It’s a simple, busy life here in Jhandewalan and we plan to stay.
