We have been here at Plot No 363 for a while now. It is on the ground floor in Sant Nagar, right near the Arya Samaj Mandir. Most people in East Of Kailash know where that is because of the temple. It gets pretty busy around here during the day. We mostly deal with phones and all the stuff that goes with them. Sometimes people come in with a broken screen or they just need a quick recharge. It's a small place, nothing fancy. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. The street outside can be a bit of a mess with the traffic. If you are looking for us, look for the ground floor shop. We are usually here from the morning until pretty late. It's just me and a couple of other guys. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Most folks just walk in because they live nearby. Dealing with telecom stuff can be a headache sometimes with all the different plans and technical issues, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some shops come and go, but we are still in the same spot. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the front is open to the street. We just keep the fan running and keep working on whatever phone is on the desk.
