Pulse Sewing Solutions

We are located at No. 1260 in Gali No. 3, right opposite Plot No. 133 in Udyog Vihar Phase-I. Being in Udyog Vihar means there is always a lot of industrial activity around us. You can hear the sounds of factories from every side. We call our place Pulse Sewing Solutions. It’s mostly a workshop where we deal with sewing machine parts and repairs. The floor is usually a bit oily from the machines. We have tools hanging on the walls and spare parts kept in old metal bins. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where we get all the repairs done. There’s a small bench outside where we sit during our breaks to have some tea. The sun hits that spot just right in the morning. We don’t have a receptionist or anyone like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Most of our customers are other factory owners from the same area. They just drop by when something breaks down. We spend a lot of time with our hands covered in grease. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and fixing things. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number on the gate. It’s a practical business for a practical area. We’ve been in Gali No. 3 for several years now and we know everyone on the street. It feels like a little community of its own.
