You can find us at Ansal Chambers-1, right in the middle of Bhikaji Cama Place. Our office is A-202. It is a busy part of South Delhi, and there is always something going on in the building. We spend most of our mornings answering calls and looking over site plans. Working in development means there is a lot of back and forth with different people, and we try to keep up with it all from this desk. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have been here for a bit now, and we know the tea stall downstairs pretty well. Sometimes the elevators in Ansal Chambers are a bit slow, but that is just how it is in these older office blocks. We do our best to stay on top of the projects we have going. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the materials and the labor are where they need to be. We aren't really the type to use big words or fancy presentations. We just show up, do the work, and go home. South Delhi is a good place to be based because it’s easy to get to different sites from here. Most days, the phone doesn't stop ringing until late afternoon. We handle the usual headaches that come with building things, but we’ve gotten pretty good at figuring things out as they come up. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
