We are tucked away in J-1/142 in the DDA Flats over in Kalkaji. If you know Delhi, you know how these flats are. It is a busy neighborhood with people always coming and going. Our IT service spot is not very big, and the walls are a bit thin, so we hear everything happening in the street. We spend most of our days staring at monitors and trying to figure out why someone's windows won't boot up. There is a lot of dust in this part of town, so we spend a lot of time cleaning out fans and heat sinks. The stairs leading up to us are narrow, and we often have to help people carry their heavy desktop towers up. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just local guys who are good with tech. The chai man across the road knows exactly how we like our tea because we order it three times a day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the wires tangled on the floor, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace. We don’t have fancy chairs or a lobby. People just come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we see what we can do. It’s honest work in a crowded part of Delhi. We’ve been here for years and the view of the other flats hasn't changed much at all.
