Trome Habitats Private Limited

Our office for Trome Habitats Private Limited is way up on Level-10 of the HT House building on KG Marg. Being in Connaught Place, or CP as everyone calls it, is pretty interesting because there is so much history around every corner. HT House is one of those classic buildings that everyone recognizes. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch rush, so we’ve learned to be patient while waiting in the lobby. Once you get up to the 10th floor, the view is actually quite something. You can see across the rooftops and the greenery of the city for miles. The office space itself is functional. We have a series of workstations and a small area where we keep our blueprints and site files. It’s a bit more formal than a home office because of the building, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside pretty relaxed. We aren't the type of people to wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a big meeting. Most days we are just dressed for work and focusing on our habitat projects. CP is always buzzing, and you can feel that even ten floors up. We often walk down to the inner circle for meetings or just to get some fresh air. It’s a busy way to live and work, but we’ve made this space our own over the years. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for the afternoon tea break.
